Tony Cheng is a man who knows what he wants: still in his early-30s, the young founder of Drawing Room Concepts studied culinary arts for years before opening his first restaurant. Sadly, the incredibly well-reviewed Drawing Room had to shut its doors last year, but Cheng continued to push on with a number of diverse restaurants.
