Absolutely incredible, were the char grilled Iberico pork & foie gras burgers. You might expect this combination to be far too rich and salty, yet these beauties were utterly perfect, the flavours balanced by the fluffy, slightly sweet homemade bun.

I also think that servings could be a bit larger as C and I were not too hungry to begin with therefore we were relatively satiated after the meal but we did feel that a lot of the dishes were too small (even for tapas!).

The sorbet had a strong coconut flavor but still light, then they had little pulps of lime that were bursts of of tangy citrus and the creamy sweet mango to balance. This dessert was perfect, it was like flavors dancing around in my mouth.
